Cancellation Policy
IT Products
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Services
- Service cancellations are subject to the stage of project execution.
- If work has already commenced, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
IT Products
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product is delivered
- The product is defective (manufacturer-verified)
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Software licenses or activated products
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and invoices
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Software licenses
- Subscription-based products
- Custom-configured or special-order IT hardware
