Cancellation Policy
IT Products
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Services
  • Service cancellations are subject to the stage of project execution.
  • If work has already commenced, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility
IT Products

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product is defective (manufacturer-verified)

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Software licenses or activated products

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and invoices
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items
  • Software licenses
  • Subscription-based products
  • Custom-configured or special-order IT hardware
