Shipping Coverage
We currently ship IT products across:
- India
- Selected international locations (subject to availability, customs clearance, and logistics feasibility)
Shipping locations and timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk or enterprise orders may require additional processing time.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):
- Within India: 5–10 business days
- International shipments: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of quotation or checkout.
- Taxes, duties, and customs charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Method
Products are shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
- Delays caused by incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or customs issues are not the responsibility of MINS Global.
- Re-delivery or return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof at support@minsglobal.com.
